Order updates
Customers get order emails, plus optional text updates if they ask for them at checkout.
Text message updates
HVX Solutions sends transactional text messages only, from one toll-free number, to people who opt in. Every text starts with "HVX:" and names the business. We never send marketing texts.
Customers: order and booking updates
At checkout on an HVX store, customers can tick an optional box to get text updates about their order or booking: a confirmation and status updates (ready for pickup, out for delivery, shipped, delivered). The box is never pre-ticked and is not required to buy.
Store owners: new-order alerts
Owners can switch on text alerts for new orders and bookings in their Settings. The switch is off until they turn it on: Texts from HVX for each new order or booking at your store. Msg frequency varies with your orders. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
